God’s blessings to all.  It is my humble joy to share a brief capture of my spiritual journey with you.  To start off let me tell you my two favorite scripture passages:  John 15:12-13 (Common English Bible) “This is my commandment: love each other just as I have loved you.  No one has greater love than to give up one’s life for one’s friends.”  And John 3:16-17 (Common English Bible) “God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him won’t perish but will have eternal life.  God didn’t send his Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through him.”  My life is based on these scriptures.  I was born and raised in Corning, NY.  I accepted Jesus as my Savior at the age of 13 and called to “take up my cross” and follow Jesus at the age of 15.  I preached my first sermon at the age of 16, following Jesus all my life.  I started my college years studying electrical engineering and then psychology.  The Lord wanted more from me so I went to Bible school at Valley Forge Christian College.  I wanted to be a youth pastor, yet, God wanted more from me.  I married my wife Liz in 2005.  By 2008 I became a United Methodist local licensed pastor in New York.  In 2017 we moved to North Carolina to give care to my parents who lived in Clayton.  In 2022 I was hired to be the pastor of Ebenezer UMC in Bentonville.  I continue to pastor there and now I have been appointed to serve Salem also.  I said this would be brief so this is it for now.  If you would like to know me better let’s meet for coffee and chat.

May God bless you all!                                                                                                                                                                                                    Pastor Fred
